  • Float problems

  • Electrical and control troubleshooting associated with the pumping system

Septic Pump Service

Septic Pump Repair & Replacement

If you have a septic system with a pump and the alarm is sounding, the tank level isn't dropping, or wastewater isn't being pumped properly, the problem may be the pump, floats, alarm, or controls.

Depending on the type of system, the pump may be referred to as an effluent pump, sewage pump, or grinder pump. Black Rock can diagnose the pumping system and determine what's causing the problem.

  • Septic pump failure
  • Effluent pump failure
  • High-water or high-level alarms
  • Failed or stuck floats
  • Pump control problems
  • Pump replacement

Local Project Experience

E/One Grinder Pump Installation in Greenback

Hired directly by the City of Greenback, Black Rock installed one new grinder-pump station, ran its discharge line to the utility service connection, installed the control panel, and performed startup. The work included approximately 30 feet of excavation through an asphalt parking lot; asphalt restoration was not part of our scope.

This installation was completed March 29, 2026. See the project photographs and scope for an example of our pump-system work.
